The Harvard Representation Initiative offers pro-bono legal immigration consultation and representation, inclusive of social work support, to members of the Harvard community who are undocumented, DACAmented, or non-U.S. citizens who are concerned about their immigration status.

Legal Services:
Our legal representation includes assistance with filing immigration applications, representing clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), in Immigration Court, and beyond. All Harvard community members with immigration questions are encouraged to schedule a free consultation with our attorneys.
Social Services:
We offer social work support to all clients as part of their legal representation. Our clinical social work team can assist with emotional support, health insurance issues, financial concerns, food insecurity, and other resources on and off campus.
International Students: HIO has established an emergency telephone number (857-302-3772) to assist international students and scholars with travel emergencies when the HIO is closed. For non-emergency HIO inquiries click here.
